Non Material Variation - Due to escalating costs, instead of building a bespoke garden room, we have decided to appoint jml garden rooms to supply their prefab "bothy". it is located in the same position, with a similar footprint and a pitched roof with identical ridge and eave heights. in terms of materiality, it is clad entirely in standing seam metal. the following drawings have been revised.
