Description

Non Material Variation - Variation seeks to increase the height of the pitched roof line of the proposed side extension by 245mm. This is due to technical practicalities but also to increase the height of the principal entrance door. As demonstrated on supporting information, the increase in height has no adverse effect on the shadowing of the next door property, as it is still within the shadow of the eaves line of the existing house. There are no intentions to change any materials, just the eaves level and the top of the roof.
