Description

Non-material variation, on the ground floor of the rear elevation, the doors out to the garden, from an existing extension, are being replaced with new french doors. The small WC window is being replaced by a larger kitchen window in a new opening. The Planning application noted that both the doors and the new window would be timber in a grey finish. The variation is that the replacement doors and new window will be in aluminium. The colour is yet to be decided but will be a neutral and natural colour to compliment the surrounding natural stone context. It has been noted that other rear extensions on neighbouring properties have a variety of material and colour finishes.
