Description

Non-Material Variation to Planning Consent 20/00496/FUL. In the interest of the surrounding neighbours, who have registered complaints about the noise of the M&E equipment in the approved location, we are requesting that an acoustic enclosure be approved. This will attenuate the sound of the fans located outside of the bike store in the back of house area and positively improve the environment for both residents and neighbours.
