Description

The consent granted included the demolition of dilapidated farm buildings and the erection of 10 houses with associated works. This amendment application is to amend this approved design as follows: The updating of house types design to meet with marketing and Building Standards requirements. The change of the house type on Plot 2 from a B to an E. The detached garage to Plot 10 has been deleted and replaced with an integral garage. The drainage pumping station has been re-positioned.
