Non-material variation application to 19/00986/AMC. Description of proposed amendments: Minor amendment to elevations to reflect additional air vents as result of changes to proposed heating and ventilation strategy. Amendment to gable wall cladding at roof level between blocks P1-1 and P1-2 from brick to profiled metal cladding due to load bearing capacity of the timber kit structure. Minor amendment to the colour of the windows and doors frame to block P1-2 to provide visual continuation across all blocks. Minor change to specified brick to base of P1-2 (South Block) to provide a cohesive appearance to the blocks and improved colour contrast between ground and upper level.
