Description

Non-Material Variation to Planning Consent 17/03774/AMC. The proposal seeks to overcome difference in the existing ground levels to facilitate level access to all apartments on the ground floor of Block E. To achieve this a podium level is proposed, this is delivered by extending the already constructed, and consented, dwarf terraces to create a continuous level. The attached drawings (UU) 300 and 311 show the consented scheme alongside the proposals. We believe the impact on the street-scene is minimal, but that the impact of residents will be very positive and significant. The planning portal drawings that would require to be superseded are drawings 51B - Landscape Proposals - 2 and 44A - elevations affordable apartment Block E (north and east elevations).
