Description

Non Material Variation - Looking to reduce the size of the consented rooftop extension. Rather than extend across the full width of the Existing Roof Terrace, we wish to scale back the work by retaining the existing portion of slated roof and replace the substandard, leaking extension with a more appropriately designed and constructed extension to make the upper level of the apartment a more welcoming, habitable space. Internally, we are looking to simplify the works as well by removing a false ceiling / floor over the Entrance Hallway and utilise the existing roof lights to flood this area with natural light.
