Description

Non-material variation application to 15/04112/AMC. We have a remote unadopted footpath that was shown on the approved planning drawings close to the development boundary along the southeastern edge of the development where we have a number of existing trees on or adjacent to the site boundary. During the footpath construction works it was evident that the tree roots were interfering with the proposed line of the path and subbase works and a decision was taken to relocate this path closer to the properties to avoid further damage to the root structures (we had also received some correspondence from the Local Council Tree & Woodland Officer in relation to potential damage to the roots).
