Proposals consist of maintaining the Use Class of 14 Bank Street as Class_1a Shop while altering the business from its current use as a Bubble Tea Cafe to now serve hot and cold food & drinks with seating for up to 10 people. It is proposed that food in 14 Bank St will be served from adjacent premises at 12 Bank St. Two openings will also be created between 12 and 14 Bank Street as shown on plans for more convenient methods of supplying food from 12 Bank Street to the premises at 14 Bank Street.
