As a result of leak from flat above, our insurer has advised they need to do following to assess + rectify the water damage caused by leak: 1. Cut a hatch in suspended ceiling in bathroom to access + assess any damage to original ceiling above. 2. Using non-invasive methods assess wall + ceiling in bathroom + adjoining wall + cornice in lounge for water damage. 3. Use drying methods to dry out any damp remaining. 4. Repair suspended ceiling.
