Description

Full renovation of original 6 x 1 over 1 sash and case timber windows. This will include new 12mm slimtech double glazing fitted to existing sashes. It will also include original astragalus reinstated into 6 over 6 design. All windows have clear marks of astragal bars removed at some point when converted to 1 over 1 pattern. Once completed 3 front windows will add identical look to the first floor across two flats. This will conserve and enhance the appearance of the Leith conservation area.
