Description

Replacement of existing Saniflo macerator and associated drainage and services serving existing accessible WC on the GF, with new gravity fed drainage system connected to existing below ground drainage to the north. Additionally, a new trough sink is proposed within the existing accessible WC. External exposed drainage pipework is to be cast iron, painted black to match existing. SVP above the height of existing eaves to min 900mm above 1st floor windows. Kitchen drainage connected to new SVP.
