Prune overhanging spread back to boundary line of garden, to recreate hedge. Ash, H17, S9m, DBH 350mm. Reduce height to approx. 10m. Holly x16 stems, growing as a clump (originally /most likely, planted as hedging). H6-8m, S5-6m, DBH 20-200mm. Reduce height to create hedge @3m in line with neighbouring property, as above. Prune overhanging spread back to boundary line of garden, to recreate hedge. Holly (tag05354) H9m, S8m, DBH 360mm. Reduce height to create hedge @3m, in line with neighbouring property, as above. Sycamore H16m, S12m, DBH 840mm. The proposal is to remove most of this tree. The proposal is to leave the bottom section of the main stem (around 4m) to provide a totem /vertical habitat for wildlife. Holly growing in the same strip of land, in line with boundary between 5 and 5B. H6m, S4m bias to SE. Reduce to approx. 3m as detailed at item.
