GF install new tile floor of higher quality than existing non original vinyl flooring. Clean and repair entrance area externally. Wall finishes ground floor. Install lining to walls to protect existing walls. Colours to be in keeping with brand but sympathetic to building also. Install surface mounted lighting as indicated on RCP. Install 2x customer toilets 1 to be DDA. FF install new vinyl flooring. Install 1x extra staff toilet and staff room. Make good and repair walls and ceilings.
