Non-Material Variation to Planning Consent 22/05907/FUL. 1. Introduction of external landing outside bi-fold doors. 2. 6 bi-fold doors in lieu of 5. 3. UK10 Velux to Front Elevation, in lieu of PK08. 4. G/F bathroom window now 1425 x 590. 5. G/F bedroom 1 windows (2No) both now 670 x 1900. 6. All of the G/F bedroom windows are now tilt/turn, meaning they are escape windows (and so comply with building control requirements). 7. Re-positioning of ASHP. 8. Lounge velux amended to fixed, non-openable, non-vented, skylight type roof window (position unaltered). 9. Introduction of CK01 Velux to dressing room. 10. Deletion of 2No slim vertical Lounge windows on West Elevation. 11. Addition of 3 integrated solar panels on each of West & East elevation roofs meaning 4 panels are now proposed on both West & East elevation roofs (in addition to the original 5 on the South Elevation roof). 12. Instead of Monobloc to Front Driveway, install Dark Grey Resin to Front Driveway.
