Non-Material Variation to Planning Consent 21/06745/FUL. This NMV applies to the bricks annotated on the drawing 1374-ABC-XX-XX-DR-A-0201 - Proposed Elevations REV I. We are looking to propose two alternative brick options which will not have the same supply chain issues for construction. The original proposed brick is Crest Kingston Gault and we are proposing to use Marshalls Mayfair or Glencoe.
