Non-Material Variation application to 21/04041/FUL. The existing planning consent is for a black brick wall finish extension. We wish to vary the finish from brickwork to quartz zinc. The scale and form of the extension remains as per the existing consent. The existing planning consent includes for painting the existing house harled walls chalk white. We wish to vary this to allow the harled walls to be finished in a chalk white smooth texture render. We wish to omit the proposed terrace from the roof of the proposed extension.
