Description

Previous NMV application (21/04019/VARY) approved the relocation of sub stations within the approved development (21/04019/AMC). This further NMV applications looks to seek permission for the minor relocation of the substation adjacent to the SUDs basin at the western entrance. Following the technical approval /sign off process with Scottish Water they have asked for an increased length of access track to service the basin which has which has required 1 No. substation to be relocated slightly. The landscape plans have been updated to show the relocated substation and the adjusted landscape treatment to screen the substation. Also, during this SW sign off process they have requested railings around the dry basin which also form part of this NMV application.
