Non-material variation application to 21/03112/AMC. Substitute housetypes at Plots 37-45, 50-53 and 121-124, and minor variations to the siting and location of all plots within the affordable housing area and associated landscaping and other infrastructure works. The amendment to the housetypes includes the change of the 8 No. x3-bed Mull housetype (Plots 37, 41, 42, 45, 50, 53, 121 and 124) and 9 No. x2-bed Lewis housetype (Plots 38-40, 43, 44, 51, 52, 122, 123) to 8 No. x3-bed Tobermory housetype (Plots 42-45 and 50-53) and 9 No. x2-bed Talisker housetype (Plots 37-41 and 121-124).
