Variation sought to omit the proposed external stepped ramp which connects the site and the Water of Leith Walkway 3m above, with proposal to upgrade a set of existing stone steps instead. Variation sought to remove proposed a small plant building (and plant area) that is no longer required for the Water Source Heat Pump system that powers the four new houses.
