Non-material variation application to 20/01354/FUL: The removal of the low-level boundary wall and balustrade to the front (North) elevation, to be replaced with box hedges. The replacement of a small strip of open louvres with masonry wall to the West boundary in order to comply with spread of fire requirements under building regulations. (Section that pops up above the wall adjoining the post office). The removal of the brise soleil as introduced under the previous NMV. A revised profile to the front door canopy due to engineering requirements (as amended)
