Non-Material Variation application to 19/00435/FUL. During opening up works, the repair of the windows was much worse than had previously been assessed. The proposal is to remove the existing (single glazed) windows and replace with double-glazed timber framed windows to match the opening style of the existing. It is proposed that 1 no. door in the rear courtyard will become a window (matching the one adjacent).
