Non-Material Variation application to 18/02719/FUL. The original concealed stone mullions thought to exist to the balconies, have been found to have been mostly removed and badly damaged through historic works. Propose to remove the retained badly damaged elements to allow a uniform aesthetic to front elevation. Identify existing window /door opening /stone feature that is being retained but was not indicated on the original consented planning elevations. Identify existing window /door opening /stone feature that was historically blocked up or removed during previous building works but is proposed to be reinstated or as noted. Identify new proposed window /door opening with materials matching the surrounding existing /refurbished finishes. Proposed following survey to comply with fire regulations, daylighting, and ventilation.
