Description

Non-material Variation application to 12/04007/FUL. We are proposing to change areas of fixed glazing to openable windows, which will allow for natural ventilation and the ability to clean windows safely from within apartments. Some minor changes to building levels (at lower levels) have been made so that a minimum floor to ceiling height of 2450mm can be achieved within the apartments and 2600mm can be achieved within the water tank room at lower ground floor level. A small retaining wall has been introduced to provide a safe barrier between the car park and lower ground floor level.
