Description

Removal of some window and dummy louvres and replacing them with a proper wall system that would be cladded the same as the rest of the building. The locations of these works are identified in red on the accompanying Image A. In addition, it is proposed that the narrow green panels shown in accompanying Image B are replaced with a Hardie cladding panel, which is a slate grey and may be a slight darker colour grey than the current grey panels in the image.
