Description

The proposal is to remodel and upgrade the internal supported living spaces, replace damaged roof tiles and extend the building to the rear. This will allow all current bedrooms to have accessible en-suite facilities. The proposal also includes solar panels to the south facing aspects of the roof, sun pipes to provide natural light to circulation spaces and air source heat pumps to improve energy efficiency.
