Certificate of Lawful Use (Proposed) - Erection of a single-storey domestic polytunnel within the residential curtilage of the dwellinghouse, for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse.The proposed structure would measure approximately 14.63m by 5.49m metres. Maximum height: 2.46m. Eaves height: 0.86m.The structure would be positioned as shown on the accompanying site plan and block plan. No new vehicular access is proposed. No new street works are proposed. No significant hardstanding works are proposed beyond any minor levelling and preparation required for installation of the structure.
