Discharge of Condition No. 3 of DC/25/2418/LBC - Listed Building Consent - Conversion of barn into single residential self-build dwelling; change of use of land to residential garden land; construction of single garage/workshop, siting of temporary static caravan for use during construction, demolition of lean-to and retrospective demolition of modern agricultural building. - Additional information required - (i) The structural interventions and the extent of required repairs to the barn should be submitted in the form of annotated drawings and a schedule of works. (ii) Detail elevation and section drawings of the proposed fenestration and door should be submitted. (iii) Detail sections through the walls and roof showing the fitting of insulation should be provided. (iv) Details of the proposed roof covering materials and wall cladding materials should be provided.
