Variation of Condition 2 of DC/25/2494/VOC - Alterations and additions to main house, construction of replacement garden cottage. - To formalise the consent for the replacement gates (now to be oak, not painted), and for the addition of new estate railings, and beech hedge, now required due to an Article 4 Direction being placed on part of the Conservation Area. Fence and gates now drawn in more detail, materials clarified, which vary from the previously submitted details. Please note that Condition 2 has previously been varied for separate reasons (relating to the Garden Cottage), those details still stand.
