Certificate of Lawfulness - This application is to confirm that the existing consent, DC/22/3807/VOC, remains in place. Specifically, that the consented development has been commenced and pre-construction conditions were discharged and construction work was begun on the access in compliance with Condition 1: "The development hereby permitted shall be begun not later than the expiration of three years from 1st October 2021 as the date of original consent".The LDC is now required to enable the land to be marketed with the existing consent confirmed.
