Discharge of Condition Nos. 9, 10, 16, 17, 19, 21 and standard biodiversity net gain 1b of DC/25/0524/FUL - Change of use of land to use for 5 Shepherds Huts for holiday accommodation including new access - the new access onto the highway shall be properly surfaced with a bound material for a minimum distance of 5 metres measured from the nearside edge of the metalled carriageway, details of discharge of surface water, lighting design strategy for biodiversity, method statement for great crested newt and reptiles, details of the proposed materials for the access track and parking area and full details of the position of any services required, which shall, wherever possible, be routed outside the canopy of all trees within and adjacent to the site and their means of installation
