Discharge of Condition Nos. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of DC/25/3234/LBC - Alterations to The Clyffe Hotel to Create Short-Stay Self-Catering Accommodation - details of the construction materials and finishes (including brick/stone types, bonding, mortar mix, and plaster/finish specification as appropriate), detailed drawings and specifications (including elevations, sections, materials, finish, and ironmongery), detailed drawings and specifications, details of the new external metal access stairs to the rear yard (including design, materials, finish, and method of fixing to the building).
