Certificate of Lawful use (Proposed) - The proposal comprises the erection of a detached single-storey outbuilding (garden room) in the rear garden for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling house.The garden room will measure 5.5m in length by 4.3m in width (external dimensions ? including roof), with a maximum eave?s height of 2.2m and a maximum overall height of 2.5m.
