Discharge of Condition Nos. 7, 8, 9, 13, 14, 15, 19 and 20 of DC/24/2951/FUL - Conversion of redundant agricultural buildings to provide four dwellings - Construction Management Document, installation details of the proposed hardstandings, details of the retaining wall within the parking area, no walls or fences of any kind permitted by Class A (gates, fences, walls etc) of Schedule 2 Part 2 of the Order shall be erected on the site without the prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority, a "lighting design strategy for biodiversity" for development, buildings, features or areas to be lit shall be submitted, Ecological Method Statement, Prior to occupation, evidence of how the required water efficiency standard of 110 litres per person per day will be achieved and precise details of a scheme of landscape works
