Application under S77 of the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017 in relation to works proposed within DC/25/3535/CLP - Certificate of Lawful Use (Proposed) - The construction of a new flood embankment across the Lothingland valley to manage tidal flooding at the A12 and manage flood risk to property upstream. A new pumping station will be constructed through the new Lothingland embankment to manage fluvial flooding. The construction of a new Kessingland embankment with a new small pumping station to manage surface water flooding. The construction of a new intertidal channel. The decommissioning of the existing pumping station and relocation of rock armour.
