Description

The proposed works are to replace casements and fanlights in the three existing ground floor windows (retaining the stone mullions and transoms) and to replace the first floor side window (in the same style as the existing). The visual amenity of all the windows would remain unchanged. The proposed changes are necessary to: provide sound-reduction from the main A12 road running through Wrentham; provide essential ventilation; and provide an emergency means of escape. Some of the panes are broken and the wooden frames are in poor condition and so require replacement.
