Non Material Amendment of DC/25/1510/FUL - Construction of Veterinary Practice (Class E) and associated works - Amendment to the approved plans (condition 2) for the:- Reconfiguration of the refuse and dog walking area to allow for a wider access route at the rear.- Replacement of the access ramp with a more elegant solution to ensure Building Regulations Part M compliance. - Relocation of the refuse area doors to the pavement as opposed to the car park. - Minor shift of the location of the door on western elevation and removal of an unnecessary window. - Enlargement and relocation of two doors on eastern elevation. and amendment to the wording of conditions 5, 18, 19 & 20 so they refer to the new approved proposed block plan
