Variation of Conditions 2; 3, 4, 7,8, 9, 10 and 11 of DC/24/0877/FUL -Proposed Detached Bungalow and Garage - Condition 2 - revised sizing of the property (made slightly smaller) and siting of the bungalow. The garage is also detailed as this has been altered so that bin and cycle storage can be incorporated. Condition 3 - Materials are included on the Proposed Block Plan (1989/2) and these now relate to the revised drawings.Condition 4 - All hard and soft landscaping are included on the Proposed Block Plan 1989/2 and these now relate to the revised drawings. No planting is proposed beyond planting grass seed and retention of existing hedges.Conditions 7, 8, 9 and 10 - Relating to the ecology present on the site. A letter from DCS Ecology is attached outlining the situation and the approach to Natural England where a compensation payment has been paid in full. DCS Ecology also outline the ecological situation in detail. A lighting strategy has been prepared and is part of this application.Condition 11 - The recommended driveway access has been included on the revised plans.Condition 14 - Details of cycle storage and electric charging are included on the revised drawings.Condition 15 - Storage and collection points for the refuse bins has been indicated.
