Description

Prior Notification - Installation of 90 kW of solar panels to the roof of existing agricultural building granted consent under DC/16/3031/FUL as well as installation of batteries and associated equipment within the existing fabric of the building. Installation will be in accordance with the clauses outlined in Schedule 2, Section 14, Class J of the Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015. Namely that they will not protrude more than 200mm from the pitch of the roof and will not be fitted any closer than 1m from the edges of the roof. Also the equipment will be removed once it is no longer needed.
