Description

Non-Material Amendment of DC/21/0671/FUL - Hybrid planning application: (i) full planning application - residential development of 150 dwellings (including affordable) together with public open space, roads, accesses, parking, garages, drainage and associated infrastructure; and (ii) outline planning application for a phased development - six serviced self-build plots with associated access and infrastructure. Application is a partial re-design of existing planning permission DC/18/4312/FUL. - Update to Materials Plan. Elevations Drawings added to show specific plots to now include PV 119-153, 169-177 and 180. Existing approved drawings resubmitted with key updated omitting Plot numbers referenced above which now have separate elevation drawings showing PV.
