Discharge of Condition No. 4 of DC/23/1557/FUL - removal of existing rear staff facility and erection of new canteen and office extension plus extension to the existing car parking area - (a) full details of siting, appearance, materials and screening of any fixed plant or machinery. (b) a noise assessment to include all proposed plant and machinery and be based on BS4142:2014+A1:2019. A noise rating level (LAr,Tr) of at least 5dB below the typical background sound level (LA90,T) should be achieved at the nearest noise sensitive receptor. Where the noise rating level cannot be achieved, the noise mitigation measures considered should be explained and the achievable noise level should be identified and justified.
