Variation of Condition No. 2 of DC/24/3199/FUL - Construction of a single storey cross wing at the North end of the house and conversion of the existing garage to living space along with internal alterations to other areas and completion of the conversion of roof spaces at the South end of the house. Exterior wall also to be removed to allow for additional parking space - To be changed to follow the new submitted drawings for the following changes. The proposed extension pitched roofs are to be changes to a zinc finish. 1 no. rooflight removed over sitting room and 2no. ridge rooflights proposed over sitting room and bedroom 1. Proposed windows and doors to rear of property overlooking the garden to be revised. Existing rooflights removed and replaced with similar rooflights in different locations.
