Description

Certificate of Lawful Use (Proposed) - Installation of 90 kW of Solar PV Panels on roof of existing barn on site for the purpose of powering the site with renewable energy. Panels will be affixed to the existing roof structure and will not protrude more than 200mm from the current roof. The panels will sit no closer than 1m from any external edge of the roof and will cover approximately 420 sq m of the usable 500 sq m of the 15 degree pitched roof. Batteries and associated control equipment will housed within the fabric of the existing building. The building in question was consented under DC/16/3031/FUL. No other groundworks, building, drainage or other works will be required for this installation.
