Non Material Amendment of DC/24/3218/FUL - Construction of a dwelling (part retrospective) - 1. On North Elevation, omission of patent glazing rooflights over main entrance hall. There was initially some concern in previous consultations regarding these rooflights2. On west elevation, omission of high level glazing to western gable to be replaced with painted timber cladding.3. Lean-to to East elevation to be centred on gable and reduced in depth by 300mm4. Western gable extrusion reduced in depth by 650mm5. Door on North elevation to proposed snug changed to a window and moved 800mm east along elevation6. Window to snug on North Elevation narrowed and moved 150mm east along elevation7. Window on South elevation to Shower room changed to stable door to match the other stable doors on this elevation.8. Door to Laundry moved 300mm east along elevation9. Door to stair hall on South elevation narrowed10. Window to office on West elevation changed to stable door11. Door to Bootroom on North elevation moved 200mm West12. Proposed new woodburner to Snug to have flue on north elevation13. Consented flue to Dining area moved off ridgeline.14. Rooflights over dining area on south elevation reduced to 3No. and shortened15. Rooflight over Bedroom 3 on North elevation shortened and moved 650mm West16. Rooflight over Bedroom 2 on North elevation shortened and moved 650mm West.17. Gate to fenced courtyard to east added to allow better access to bike and bin store
