Non Material Amendment of DC/24/3199/FUL - Construction of a single storey cross wing at the North end of the house and conversion of the existing garage to living space along with internal alterations to other areas and completion of the conversion of roof spaces at the South end of the house. Exterior wall also to be removed to allow for additional parking space - The proposed extension pitched roofs are to be changes to a zinc roof - to give a better differentiation between the existing building and newextension. 1 no. rooflight removed over sitting room and 2no. ridge rooflights proposed over sitting room and bedroom 1 - to offer better lighting to the living spaces of the dwelling. Proposed windows and doors to rear of property overlooking the garden to be revised - to give a more architecturally pleasing layout to the windows on the rear of the dwelling along with offering opening windows for purge ventilation instead of just doors. Existing rooflights removed and replaced with similar rooflights in different locations - to give better outlooks from the first floor bedrooms with higher efficiently (u-values) rooflights.
