Description
Prior Notification (Householder) - The enlarged part of the dwelling house extends beyond the rear wall of the original dwelling house by 5.3 meters, and the width will match the width of the original dwelling house. The max height of the extension is 3.4 meters and it will have a flat roof. The extension does not join to side extension, first floor extension or any previous extension. Also, as shown in the attached 'Title Deed Document' our house is over 2 meters from both boundaries and consequently the proposed rear extension is also over 2 metres away from any boundaries, as the extension is the same width as the original dwelling house. Lastly, the materials used for the walls, windows and doors will provide a similar appearance to that found on the main dwelling.
