Non Material Amendment of DC/22/2410/FUL- Small single storey extension, including the removal of the existing structure forming the wet room on the ground floor. The new extension replaces and extends the existing wet room and changes the roof line, as the existing roof line will not accommodate the required headroom if extended. Minor internal alterations, none of which disturb the existing historic fabric. Conversion of studio/workshop into a one-bed annex. The replacement of the existing septic tank with a water treatment plant in line with current Environment Agency requirements.
