The changes include slightly different proportions to the dwelling, revised internal layout, and revised external changes to suit new layout - The owner would like an amended layout of the proposed dwelling. The changes include; first floor bedroom relocated to west side, infill of southwest corner of the floor plan, rearrangement of windows, rooflights added, changes to entrance area, alterations to roofs and roof finishes.
