Prior Notification (Householder) - To extend existing conservatory, we will remove current roof frames and brickwork from this room that is currently 3500mm projection x 3250mm width. We will extend base out 1900mm overall, making a total projection of 5400mm and keep the width at 3250mm. A full height wall will be built to 2100mm high to neighbours side and front and garden side will be 600mm high walls with 1500mm high white upvc frames above. (total of 2100mm together)we will install a fully insulated lighweight tiled roof to frames with a maximum height to point of 3400mm
